PRE PURCHASE INPECTIONS
The inspection will tell you:
- If there are any major/minor defects or structural problems with the property.
- What these defects are and what your ongoing maintenance cost will be.
- If the building works do not meet code.
- An estimated cost for repairs to ensure the property complies with building regulations.
- If there are leaks or waterproofing issues.

PRE SALE INSPECTIONS
IBRV Pre-sale building inspections include detailed aspects of your property findings and their estimated repair costs so you can be confident knowing there won’t be any surprise findings or demands from the buyer.
Unlike many inspectors, IBRV doesn’t focus just on the negative. Our building inspection report will also highlight the aspects of your property that make it special and unique.
IBRV will provide you with a listing of preferred suppliers to quote on any repairs if needed so you are in control.

ASBESTOS AUDITING & REGISTERS
We also carry out asbestos surveys, and issue a comprehensive asbestos register or audit report detailing the location, extent and condition of all material found within the property.
Where asbestos is found to be present, IBRV will prepare an asbestos management plan with risk assessment. If the building is to be demolished, we are able to provide a removal scope of works for both commercial and residential.
